Grundfos Hungary Manufacturing Ltd. is having its fourth plant built in Székesfehérvár. The investment was started behind the factory which has been operating here since 2007. The management decided about the expansion in 2011 so that they would be able to serve the increasing needs of the markets better ? said Dr. Zoltán Kocsis Plant Manager. As a result of this, research development would grow besides production so they will provide livelihood for young engineers and a career with great perspectives.
The investment ran into more than 5 billion forints in 2012 and will mean 12 billion more in 2013: a laboratory, a research office and a service building will be constructed. According to their plans the company will increase the number of employees with 300-350 people in the Székesfehérvár plant in Sóstó Industrial Park until the end of 2015.
